Two or three four ounce filets served on top of rice pilaf with a side of button mushrooms in gravy.
 
Certified Angus Beef Filet Of Sirloin
10 ounce cut served on top of texas toast. Blue cheese crumbles extra.
 
Certified Angus Beef Flat Iron Steak
12 ounce cut derived from boneless shoulder top blade. The second most tender muscle served on a sizzling platter.
 
New York Strip Steak
12 ounce cut of this state's most popular cut.
